Tegan Bailey was born in 1985 in Wagga Wagga, Australia, where She is currently living. In 2003 she graduated from Kooringal High School with her Higher School certificate. She then, after taking a break for a year, began studying Fine Arts at the Wagga Wagga Campus of the Riverina Institute of TAFE. She is now in her third year at TAFE and has begun studying the newly available cross campus BA in Fine arts with TAFE and Charles Sturt University, which she is enjoying, thoroughly.
